Dungeon Heroes is a role-playing game with sprite-animated characters on pre-rendered scenery. Now where have I seen that before?
While that nostalgic Baldur’s Gate feeling is nice, Dungeon Heroes is more Diablo than anything else, and even that action-rpg mechanic is simplified to the maximum extent. Fighting isn’t fun, it’s just something you do. And when you add small and quite boring maps to this, the Baldur’s Gate budding nostalgia quickly runs out. And they expect me to pay for a full version? I’ll pass.
